Dr. Joe Leung (梁永忠博士) is Founder and Principal Consultant of Organisational Learning Consultancy Limited. He gained the Middlesex University’s innovative doctoral degree by adopting the University’s Work Based Learning approach in the study of Chinese Culture “Learning Organisation”. During the last 18 years, Dr. Leung has visited more than 100 Hong Kong companies and provided the consultancy for more than 40 companies.
